Access for information for all

An effort has been made to provide a logical and intuitive navigation in all parts of the web site.

Reading from computer screens is tiring for the eyes and about 25 percent slower than reading from paper. We have therefore attempted to minimize the number of words. The time needed to download the site pages is also reduced as much as possible.
